We learn and know more and more about critical business issues (of suppliers) so that we give support in solving them. Information within the EF company is shared by us, and we also support the R&D team for regulatory insights in the country of commercialization.
Thorough Procedures
Some of the steps the team takes during work are to align with the supplier regarding the microbiological characteristics that the product must have, to carry out analyses to verify characteristics of the product, and to attend the first sample productions. We verify that the received data of the developed product is clear and complete in order to draft technical specifications with the supplier prior to production.
Our team is made up of resources that have recently been brought into the business reality of EF. So the challenge is to move forward in order to create a more collaborative climate within the team and with the whole company.
